Emerson is a saxophonist who recently graduated from The University of Victoria with a degree in Music Education Secondary (Instrumental). He also has various experience playing Tuba and French Horn in different ensembles. He loves exploring and playing with any kind of instrument he can get his hands on, including one of his recent favourites: Dizi, the Chinese flute. Being able to share his passion in music and making music learning fun and exciting is why Emerson loves to teach here at Ava Music. He wishes to become a high school music teacher in the future and continue to bring joy and excitement into classrooms.
